Contouring tools

Mediq Viewer comes with a handful of powerful tools for navigating and manipulating RT structure sets.

Any tool can be activated from the tool bar on the left hand side of the screen.

Icon	Name	Function
	Select	Select structures by clicking their contours.
	Move	Pan around the image.
	Brush	Draw or erase contours by using a circular overlay of a given diameter.
	Polygon	Draw contours on the current image plane, or adjust existing contours by dragging.
	Interpolate	Automatically connect structures between sections.
	Smooth	Smooth contours of structures.
	Boolean	Perform Boolean operations over two or more structures.
	Margin	Include a boundary around structures.
